Can I combine PTO and leave?

Our policy does not allow you to combine or bundle parental leave with Responsible PTO.

In order to minimize business impact, SurveyMonkey recommends waiting three months before taking additional Responsible PTO. Employees are expected to work with their manager to form a plan that works for all parties.
